1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CardTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

CardTrack is a credit card management app that lets you track balances, due dates, payments, and promotional APRs across personal and business cards. You enter your own card details and statement data. CardTrack does not connect to banks, process payments, or provide credit scores.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use CardTrack.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use CardTrack for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Upload malicious files, spam, or content that violates any law.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Use automated systems to create accounts or send requests.

5. Intellectual property

CardTrack, its logo, and all related content are owned by CardTrack, LLC. You retain ownership of the data you enter into CardTrack.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted immediately.

7. Disclaimers

CardTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. CardTrack is not a financial advisor; you are responsible for verifying your card details, due dates, and payments with your card issuer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardTrack, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Las Vegas, NV.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
